Hieno.store currently provide delivery services throughout Malaysia (including Sabah and Sarawak) as well as Singapore. As we continue to expand our delivery services to more destinations in the future, do reach out to us at info@hieno.store for us to help you work out how best to receive our products.
Upon receipt of your order, your order will be processed within the following 1-2 business days. Delivery during extremely busy periods especially festive seasons will take slightly longer.
IMPORTANT: For orders shipped outside Malaysia, the customer is responsible for paying possible import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes as the goods are Delivered at Place (DAP).

The shipping conditions are as follows:
- The rate of charges are based on rates per parcel/per item.
- Weight will be determined by actual or volumetric weight (VW), whichever higher.
- Enjoy free shipping if you hit the minimum total purchase amount as shown at the table.
IMPORTANT: Please note that this minimum spend is only applicable after discounts and vouchers have been applied.

For bulk orders or fragile items, a specialist courier service may be used and therefore delivery times may vary. Our customer care team may contact you once your order has been placed to discuss the details with you.

Self-Collect
You can choose to collect your purchases at our office located here. Please choose "Self Collect" at the of the end of the ordering process before submitting for payment.
