Hieno.store offers a wide range of reputable home-living products from the Nordic regions. At Hieno.store, we strive to bring this “happiness” to homes and families within the ASEAN communities and eventually across Asia.

Hieno.store is solely owned and managed by Glasir Asgard Sdn Bhd.

At Hieno.store, you can find the best of Scandinavian design and products have to offer - everything from contemporary home classic to timeless, all-time favorites from reputable designers.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

How safe is my personal data?

User data are our top priority. We will never disclose, share or sell your data to third-party marketers. Find out more about our Privacy Policy.

I would like to buy a gift for my friend. If he/she does not like it, can I request for refund?

We will only accept refund for an item that has manufacturing defect, damaged caused by delivery or incorrectly supplied. 

However, he/she can request to exchange for another item. An exchange request must be made within 7 days from the day of receipt and it must be in sellable condition. For more details, do refer our Exchange & Return Policy.

I just received my parcel but it seemed like I received an defective item. What can I do?

Do take a photo of the defective product and send it to info@hieno.store. We will then be able to assist you from there.

Do you delivery to P.O. Box Addresses?

No, we are not able to make deliveries to P.O. Box Addresses and Free Trade Zones. For more information, refer to our shipping policy.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Unfortunately, this option is not available. You can opt for self-collection method for your order.

What should I expect if I have selected self-collection for my order?

Once your order is ready for collection at our address, we will drop you a notification to inform you of the self-collection details. After which, you would be able to head down to our location for self-collection. You may be asked to provide proof of order or personal details for verification. 

Must I be a registered member to make purchase?

Hieno.store offers both the options to checkout as a guest and/or to create/login customer account. Should you choose to checkout as a guest, after every successful transaction, you will receive an email with regards to the order confirmation from us.

Creating a customer account with us will allow you to add items to wishlist for future purchase, view previous order history (successful, pending payment, failed) and your preferred address for easy checkout in the future!
